As part of our project, we plan to build 75-100 residential houses. These houses will be lightweight structures with a nature-inspired design to allow residents to feel closer to nature.
They will feature large spaces and plenty of glass surfaces to allow for natural light to flow in and to provide panoramic views of the surroundings, creating an even more harmonious atmosphere.
Ideally, the residential houses will be located along streams or lakeshores, allowing the proximity to water to have a soothing effect on the residents and providing opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty.
In the gardens, there will be fruit trees, productive bushes, and green lawns to offer vibrant colors and fresh air in the yards.
Each house will come with an electric car charger to contribute to sustainable transportation, as well as a garage and approximately 1000 square meters of backyard and front yard for residents to comfortably enjoy leisure time and nature.
